| Comment: I have had a marvelous career and life--very blessed. Married Hugh Clark in 1964, divorced in 1970. Went the career route after that with a couple of graduate degrees. Married Clyde Prestwood in 1997 and gained two step-sons and recently a beautiful grandson. Taught at the University of Texas at Austin for 37 years--nurse and physiologist. Conducted numerous research studies including federally funded research focused on heart disease. Granted faculty emeritus status as of Sept 1, 2011 so no longer teaching classes. Finishing up pubs on two research projects and enjoying not setting a clock every day! Hope to have more time for travel now--just returned from Paris France for an end of summer treat and art trip. | |
